As a developer supporting the regeneration of Medway, we aim to deliver high quality housing. We have set out a list of rules that each of our employees are trained and adhere to – this is very important to us as it sets out our commitment to you about the service, procedures, and information you receive during your journey with us.
We are also a registered developer with the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB)* and comply with their requirements, which is made available to you when you begin the process of buying a new home.
*This code applies to homes reserved after 04/03/2025 – any reservations prior to this date are covered by the Consumer Code for Home Builders, more information can be found in your reservation pack.
As your homebuilder, we will:
- Provide you with an excellent service.
- Prove clear and detailed information to enable you to make a well-informed decision about your new home.
- Provide staff that are well trained and knowledgeable during the buying process and beyond.
- Ensure we answer any questions you may have and provide you with any relevant contact details.
- Always assist with any questions you may have and will provide you with relevant contact details
- Provide you with details on our complaints policy should you become dissatisfied with any part of your journey with us.
- Provide you with reliable information about the Warranty cover and any other cover which you may benefit from.
- Our aim for any after-sales queries is to respond effectively and efficiently. We therefore provide contact details for us, as well as details to be contacted in an event of an emergency.
- Provide you with Health and Safety advice to minimise risk during your time visiting the construction area and in the use of your new home once moved in.
- Keep you informed with any sales progress for your new home and provide you with the opportunity to view your completed home again once noticed to complete has been served.
- We will ensure a Home Demonstration is arranged before moving in, so you are fully aware of the facilities and functions of your new home.
