Introducing David Gannicott

A senior sector leader, David has worked at Board and Executive Strategic level in the Housing sector for over 25 years.

David is now semi-retired but he has held senior Executive roles at L&Q and Hyde Housing Group with a focus on Development and Growth. He is a passionate advocate for providing Housing for people that cannot access the private market.

David is a non Executive Director of Raven Housing Group and  Chair of the Group Investment Committee. He is also  a non Exective Director of Habitare Homes, a for profit Housing Association and an advisor to the Man Group.

David’s experience is multi-faceted spanning the private, public and voluntary sectors across all business disciplines with a particular focus on commercial asset management, growth and  regeneration. He lives locally in Rochester and was instrumental in bringing about the regeneration of Rochester Riverside.
